Here's my understanding of it:

You sac the 4 zuberas as the cost for activating bombardment 4 times at the same time.

First ability resolves, dealing one damage.

Dissipation field triggers and goes on the stack.

Bombardment is returned to your hand.The other 3 abilities that were on the stack do not resolve.

End result: 1 dmg dealt. 4 zuberas sacrificed, and bombardment returned to your hand.

I may be wrong but that's my understanding.

Now this next part is just conjecture but there may be a way to get the 4 damage in:

1. sac 1 zubera, deal 1 dmg
2. dissipation triggers and goes on the stack (so its the only the thing on the stack at this point)
3. In response sac another zubera so its higher on the stack and will resolve before the first dissipation field resolves.
4. This will do 1 more damage and there will now be 2 dissipiation field triggers on the stack.
5. Repeat.

If im right (and i very well may not be), the end result will be 4 damage dealth and 4 dissipation triggers on the stack; then bombardment will be returned to your hand.
